On my trip to Dubai last minute, I decided to rent a car. I had checked several websites and had found delta rentals. They were quick to respond on WhatsApp and had offered me a lower price to match their competitors. I had problems with paying by card, so they had trusted that I would pay full payment in cash in person, the car was delivered to my door, and I was given instructions with EVERYTHING about the car. Upon collection of the car I was running late and they were absolutely fine with that, did not charge me any extra and had 0 problems. When I return in December this is the car company I shall use going forward. I paid 999 Dubai derums for the vehicle. Every other site was 1500-2000 for the same vehicle. The owner (Mo) is a very hard working, honest individual who takes care of all of his cars to give his clients the best rental experience in Dubai. I didn’t see not one check engine light or battery issue throughout the duration of my trip. His employees are also very communicative and well mannered. Mohammed the employee is very attentive with all customers if you have an issue with your car, they will meet you anywhere in Dubai to fix an issue! They are also very lenient with tickets as well. I was a little hesitant renting a luxury car for my first time but Delta Rentals Dubai made it very easy and smooth. They delivered to my hotel and the driver Wassim was very nice and showed me how everything worked. The process of booking was very straight forward. I would even say easier then renting a car from the airport. Very minimal paperwork. If you’re looking to rent a luxury car in Dubai this is where you should go!
